INGNI STORE User's Guide

Before Placing an Order

  • Orders are confirmed after thirty (30) minutes. You may cancel orders from your My Page order history within this thirty (30) minute period after placing an order.
  • Exchange or return of defective merchandise is limited to customers residing in Japan only.
  • Merchandise purchased from INGNI STORE online may not be returned, exchanged or repaired at any INGNI STORE outlet.
  • Product pricing or specifications may be changed without prior notice.

Shopping Cart

  • Merchandise added to your shopping cart will be retained for sixty (60) minutes. After sixty (60) minutes, the merchandise will be deleted.
  • The shopping cart has an upper limit. You cannot add more merchandise than the upper limit to the shopping cart.

Payment Method

  • The following credit cards will be accepted:VISA, MasterCard, JCB

  • When using a credit card, if you check "Register this credit card's information" and complete the purchase, you can call up the registered credit card's information during your next purchase. This will save time and eliminate the time required for entering the credit card information for each order, making the purchase steps smooth.
  • If you want to delete the registered credit card information, please click "Delete" for the registered credit card during the steps for making a purchase.
  • If the registered credit card has expired or a transaction is not possible with the registered credit card, you will not be able to call up the registered credit card's information.

Shipping Fee

  • Shipping is 450 yen (including tax).
  • Shipping is free for purchases of over 4,900 yen (including tax).

Cancellations/Changes After Completion of Order

  • You may cancel or change the delivery information of an order from your My Page order history within thirty (30) minutes of placing an order. Orders are confirmed after thirty (30) minutes.
  • Since you will not be able to cancel a cancellation of an order, please be extra careful when handling an order.
  • If you repeatedly return purchased merchandise without contacting us, or return a number of quality products including cases of long-term absence or rejection of receiving delivery, we may restrict your ability to place orders without prior notice. In addition, if we restrict your ability to place orders, the points you have collected will not be returned to you.

Delivery

  • Shipping destinations for merchandise are limited to within Japan. For delivery overseas, please use tenso.com.
  • You may not use services such as post office pick-up or address forwarding.

Returns/Replacements

  • Replacement or return of defective merchandise are limited to customers residing in Japan only.
